This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when using the Kyvora Service (Discord bots, Support Center, and web dashboard).
What we process
- Discord user IDs, usernames, and avatars
- Discord server (guild), channel, and role IDs
- Ticket messages and conversation content
- Emojis, images, and attachments posted within tickets
- Ticket metadata (status, category, claim state, timestamps)
- Aggregated statistics (e.g. ticket counts, response times)
- Technical data such as IP addresses in web server logs
Purpose
- Operating the ticket and support system
- Moderation and abuse prevention
- Providing logs and statistics to authorized administrators
- Security, maintenance, and debugging
Transcripts & direct links
Ticket conversations may be stored as HTML transcripts. Transcripts may be accessible via a direct URL. Access is intended for authorized users only (e.g. staff/administrators). Please keep transcript links confidential.
Storage & sharing
Data is stored on privately managed server infrastructure. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties unless required by law.
Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Tickets, logs, and transcripts may be deleted automatically or manually after a period of time.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request information, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. Requests can be made via server administrators or the support system.
