These Terms of Service apply to the Kyvora Discord bots, the Kyvora Support Center, and the associated web dashboard (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Scope

These Terms govern use of the Service on Discord servers where Kyvora is installed.

2) Nature of the Service

Kyvora provides a ticket-based support and moderation system. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Availability, response times, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

3) Ticket System & Content

• Messages sent in tickets may be stored as transcripts for support, moderation, documentation, and audit purposes.
• Transcripts may contain text messages, usernames, user IDs, channel IDs, emojis, images, and attachments posted by users.
• Tickets may be claimed, unclaimed, transferred, closed, or deleted by authorized staff members.

4) Abuse & Misuse

Abuse of the Service (spam, harassment, attempts to bypass access controls, or disrupting ticket workflows) may result in restricted access or exclusion.

5) Data Retention

Tickets, logs, and transcripts may be retained or deleted based on operational needs and legal requirements. No guarantee is given that data is stored indefinitely.

6) Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Kyvora is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, messages, or transcripts.

7) Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
